Gather your team of Motoscapians, chip together, buy a car for £250 or less, make stand out from the crowd with some customisation, decoration and imagination (there's a prize for the best car design, plus bonus points). Then, just make sure it's road worthy and you're nearly ready. Entrants can also take a classic car that's over 20 years old.
